Week & Day of the Wedding Package
The Week & Day of the Wedding Package is designed for the bride and groom who have already contracted with all of their vendors and venue but need someone to tie the loose ends together.
One week prior to the wedding we will follow-up with all of your vendors to ensure that preparations are progressing as scheduled. Payment arrangements will be verified with each vendor. We provide you with a status report of the progress. In addition, we assist you in securing a location for the rehearsal dinner and coordinate the actual rehearsal.
On the wedding day, we will:
- Make sure that all vendors are present and on schedule with wedding day preparation.
- Assemble the wedding party for the processional.
- Attend the reception to coordinate with the vendors on food, entertainment and décor.
- Ensure that all gifts are transported to a place designated by the bride.
